Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. WORLDOFAUTOGRAPHS.COM reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners, JCB and American Express. We also accept e-checks, Pay Pal and Google checkout. You must provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) and we can only ship to your confirmed billing address at this time. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Shipping Policy
After approval by our merchant bank (this can take 1-3 days and is not under our control), most in-stock products ship within 1-4 additional business days (if ordered before 12:00 noon Pacific Time). If your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday, it may take an additional 24 to 48 hours to ship.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by WORLDOFAUTOGRAPHS.COM or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. If you must have an order very quickly, we highly suggest you chose an expedited shipping method.

Out-of-Stock Products
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged once for shipping. The entire shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Taxes
WORLDOFAUTOGRAPHS.COM does not charge any sales taxes due to the fact that internet sales taxes are not applicable at this time. For all orders, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes that may be levied by your state or country.

Returns
Due to the nature of the autograph collectible business, all sales are final and items are sold 'as is'. Please note that some items may have minor wear or light dents from time to time due to handling and may vary slightly in size from the generalized listing details. We will consider returns for items that were not as described. Ultimately, we want a satisfied customer and will do our best to resolve any issues that arise with your order at any time including accepting your item for return.

We will always accept the return of items proven not to be authentic by a professional third party (UACC Registered Dealer, Manuscript Society, or the celebrity named on the receipt) when accompanied by a letter or appropriate email from the professional third party.

For returns, the following stipulations must be met:

1. Items must be in 100% original condition (no modifications).

2. Damaged/lost items not insured will not be replaced or accepted for refund. (We highly recommend buying insurance).

3. You must contact us first for an RMA and must include a signed letter stating what occurred and reason for return. Items received without an RMA will be refused and returned to you.

4. Item must be returned to us safely and securely with the original receipt. We highly recommend insuring the item and tracking it as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.

5. Insured items (that were damaged or lost in shipping) will require up to 30 days to process due to our insurance carrier regulations.

Typographical Errors
In the unlikely event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, WORLDOFAUTOGRAPHS.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. WORLDOFAUTOGRAPHS.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, WORLDOFAUTOGRAPHS.COM will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
